Collegiate Charities, the Bloomington Blades, and The Foundation of Monroe County Community Schools have teamed up to fight  cancer and support youth fitness and wellness programs in our schools and community.
Show your support by getting involved in a variety of ways:
Free Youth Fitness Events - Saturday, March 1- 3:30 to 6:30 pm at Frank Southern Ice Arena

Learn to Skate with Jenn Campanella (3:30 to 4:00)
Winter Ice Demonstrations (“Olympic” Figure Skating and Speed Skating 4:15 – 5:30)
Fitness and Nutrition Exhibits (3:30 to 6:30)
Local Celebrity Challenges (5:30 to 6:15)

Great Grown Up Spelling Bee

Save the Date – September 23, 2014 -
Congratulations to the WFIU/WTIU Super Grovers on a Rock-Paper-Scissors victory.
 The Great Grown-Up Spelling Bee is the signature event of the FMCCS.  Round up a team of 3 great spellers, cheering fans and a sponsor and join us for the F-U-N.
The event starts and 4:30 on September 19th with some great Happy Hour appetizers and beverage sampling.  John Whikehart is back as our master of ceremony along with celebrity judges, Judge Valerie Haughton, Dr. Judy DeMuth and Dr. Gerardo Gonzalez.  Be a part of this fundraiser and support public education.
All proceeds will benefit MCCSC Students.

Celebrating 40 Years

Thank you for helping the Foundation celebrate 40 years of service to the MCCSC.  On June 27, 1973, FMCCS held its first board meeting and began serving the needs of students and educators in Monroe County.
