The Foundation of Monroe County Community Schools and the Bloomington Lions Club will proudly host the annual Personal Achievement Banquet.  This banquet awards outstanding students in our community who have overcome a personal struggle and still been able to maintain their education.  The students are selected by area high school teachers and counselors from all MCCSC high schools.
